Maryland Marital Separation Agreement
This Marital Separation Agreement ("Agreement") is designed to assist in the formal separation of marriage and settlement of marital property, child custody, child support, alimony, and other relevant matters under the laws of the State of Maryland. This document is intended to outline the terms agreed upon by the parties involved. By signing this Agreement, both parties agree to live separate and apart from each other, as if they were not married, in accordance with the Maryland Marital Property Act and the Maryland Family Law Code.

Terms and Conditions
Marital Settlement: The parties hereby agree to the division of marital property, rights, and obligations as outlined in the schedules attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement.
Child Custody and Support: The parties agree on the custody, visitation, and support of their child(ren) as follows: __________________________________________ __________________________________________. This provision is subject to approval by the court and must be in compliance with the Maryland Child Support Guidelines.

Both parties hereby enter into this Agreement voluntarily, with the full understanding of its provisions and the legal consequences therein. This Agreement is executed in the belief that it is fair, equitable, and just to both parties, considering the circumstances of their separation.
